Refereeing decides too much

If I had the time to go back to the first game of this series, or the second game of this series, I would find plenty of other issues to look at during this short article. But, whats the point? The NHL clearly doesn’t care at all about the quality of officiating, OR THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING.

Since they are doing nothing, and deciding too much, I can just say whatever I want too so here goes:

Chris Lee has become not just an embarrassment to the NHL. He should be fired.

I could pull together samples from the last game, but why bother?

How about we just stick to tonite?

Chris Lee might be legally blind. It is possible. It is also possible that he is on the take. I know, that’s a bridge too far, but there is almost nothing that explains his actions in this game. Ok, he is likely not on the take but he HELPED A PLAYER TO HIS FEET. EXPLAIN TO ME WHY IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS HOLY DID HE HELP A PLAYER TO HIS FEET?

The way he has reffed the last two games is not an unbiased and impartial 6 periods of work. He is, on the contrary, calling a one-sided game in favour of the Golden Knights. And he did it twice, in the third round of the playoffs.

I can’t prove it. How could I possibly? But IS he blind? IS he corrupt? Or does he have an easier time seeing Red?

Chris Lee is a walking tire fire. He shouldn’t work again in Montréal at the very least.
